Pinocchio Goes to School

A kind old man made a wooden puppet named Pinocchio. He wanted Pinocchio to go to school and become a good student. He gave him a book and a pencil to write with.

一位善良的老爷爷做了一个木偶，取名叫匹诺曹。他希望匹诺曹能去上学，成为一个好学生，于是给了他一本书和一支铅笔。

On his first day, Pinocchio walked to school with his new book under his arm. His teacher was patient and kind. She showed him how to hold his pencil correctly.

第一天上学，匹诺曹夹着他的新书走去学校。他的老师又耐心又和蔼，教他怎么正确地拿铅笔。

Pinocchio wanted to learn, but there were many fun things outside that called to him. Would he stay and become a good student, or would he follow trouble instead?

匹诺曹很想学习，可是外面有好多好玩的事情在召唤着他。他会留下来做一个好学生呢，还是会跟着麻烦跑掉呢？
