Cinderella

Cinderella lived with her family, but they were not kind to her. Every day, she cleaned the house while her sisters danced and sang.

灰姑娘和家人住在一起，可是家人对她并不好。每天，她都要打扫房子，而姐姐们却在一旁跳舞唱歌。

One day, a letter came: the King invited every student, teacher, doctor, and farmer in town to a great ball at the castle. Cinderella wanted to go, but she had no dress.

有一天，一封信送到了：国王邀请镇上所有的学生、老师、医生和农民，来参加城堡里举办的盛大舞会。灰姑娘也很想去，可是她没有礼服。

Suddenly, a kind fairy appeared. "Don't be sad," she said. With magic, she gave Cinderella a beautiful dress and two glass shoes. "Come home before the clock strikes twelve," the fairy warned.

突然，一位善良的仙女出现了。"别伤心，"她说。仙女用魔法送给灰姑娘一件美丽的礼服和一双水晶鞋。"记得在时钟敲响十二点之前回家，"仙女提醒她。

At the ball, Cinderella danced with the prince all night. She was so happy! But when the clock began to ring, she ran fast down the stairs — and one shoe fell off.

在舞会上，灰姑娘和王子跳了一整晚的舞，她开心极了！可是当时钟开始敲响的时候，她飞快地跑下楼梯——一只鞋子掉落了下来。

The prince picked up the small shoe. "I will find the girl who wears this shoe," he said.

王子捡起了那只小鞋子。"我一定要找到能穿上这只鞋的女孩，"他说。

He searched the whole town until he found Cinderella. The shoe fit perfectly! They married, and Cinderella's family finally became kind and happy too.

他走遍了整个小镇，终于找到了灰姑娘。鞋子穿上去正合适！他们结婚了，灰姑娘的家人最终也变得善良、快乐起来。
